  7. I to agree that this book is great for my age group. We don't always fine patterns for us over 50 girls that look good on our changing body's. Sounds like a great book.

  9. Like you, I "run hot" and all those items would work well to keep one cool. I really loved how the author used a more mature woman as one of her models. As someone 50+ those are the ones that appealed to me (although I do have a 30 year-old daughter who might some of the younger ones. Thanks for the heads up on this, Tina.
